I am inspired by the book ‘Shelter’ (Kahn et al., 1973) which illustrates and documents the constructions of fundamental architecture throughout early civilisations. It explores homes, natural materials and human resourcefulness. Through  its rich historical photographs it documents hard work, self-sufficency and freedom.
